Country Lead Vietnam

The Candidate will begin work in Shenzhen, China, and then relocate to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

1. According to the company's sales strategy and objectives, cooperate with the implementation of online/offline marketing strategy in various promotion channels in Vietnam, actively expand online Facebook group members and transform them into potential clients;
2. Establish and follow up effective sales leads in Vietnam and convert leads into sales orders, to ensure the sales targets are achieved;
3. Establish valuable contacts with Facebook group members and Youtube influencers, and promote the company's SaaS solutions to transform them into sales orders;
4. Build and maintain strong relationship with local business channels and business partners, leverage all resources from various channels and partnerships to develop the market, as well as build up the brand influence and market reputation in Vietnam;
5. Actively expand high-quality online marketing channels/social medias, such as regional mainstream e-commerce forums, blogs and communication communities, to promote the company's SaaS solutions and develop more potential clients;
6. Activate potential clients and maintain client relationships, such as following up client inquiries, integrating client needs, cooperating with purchasing department to develop products and design logistics solutions, and driving clients to use company's solutions;
7. Well-prepared to grow as a strategic country lead and take fully charge of the whole business development in Vietnam in the short future.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major as International Trade, Sales & Marketing, Global e-Commerce, English is highly preferred;
2. At least 2 years software solution/SaaS selling experiences, business development experience in the field of Cross-Border Trade/ International e-Commerce is highly preferred;
3. Familiar with the development and tendency of Cross-Border Trade/ Online store/ Dropshipping, as well as B2B online business in the mainstream e-commerce market and online sales platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc);
4. Familiar with the operational rules of major global social platforms (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.), social software products enthusiasts are preferred;
5. Excellent Mandarin in both oral and written is a plus;
6. Familiar with the usage of online communication tools and Microsoft office software;
7. Proactive, strong entrepreneurial spirit, result-driven, teamwork mindset, excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure.
