HRBP Manager

We incorporate their feedback into our product range, which currently includes the Mi Note Pro, Mi Note, Mi 4, Redmi 2, Mi TV, Mi Band and other accessories. With more than 61 million handsets sold in 2014, and products launched in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia and Brazil, Xiaomi is expanding its footprint across the world to become a global brand.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting all HR functions, that includes; Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and other function
  • In Recruitment part : following end to end recruitment process from planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Handle employment cycle process
  • Making plan, report, and analysis of HR functions
  • Communicate and collaborate with global HR in Head Quarter to improve local HR
  • SOP and Policy Development and implementation
  • Maintain proper communication and coordination with all users and related divisions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or other major
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good English communications skills
  • Have a good knowledges and experiences of HR processes
  • Familiar with local labor law
  • Must be both task and people oriented
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
