Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting all HR functions, that includes; Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and other function
- In Recruitment part : following end to end recruitment process from planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Handle employment cycle process
- Making plan, report, and analysis of HR functions
- Communicate and collaborate with global HR in Head Quarter to improve local HR
- SOP and Policy Development and implementation
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with all users and related divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or other major
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field
- Good English communications skills
- Have a good knowledges and experiences of HR processes
- Familiar with local labor law
- Must be both task and people oriented
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
