Director of Human Capital and Administrative Management (Valeon)

The Director of Human Capital and Administrative Management will report to the company's CEO, and the candidate will be fully responsible for the management of human capital and administrative matters, and lead the department to continuously improve and improve the work to reach the world-leading level. Wish the candidate needs mature team management experience, leadership, systematic thinking and continuous learning and innovative work attitude

Core Duties: HCM

Human capital strategy
  • Based on the company's short-, medium- and long-term development strategies, formulate planning human capital strategies to ensure the company's healthy and rapid development;
  • Prepare the company's annual human capital budget, and work based on the human capital ROI to ensure that the team maintains efficient operation;

Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition
  • Establish the brand image of the company, and realize the vision of the employer brand: the world's top talents career choice;
  • Lead the recruitment team, improve the recruitment efficiency of the recruitment team, and complete monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment indicators;
  • Establish recruitment channels suitable for different development stages of the company, and optimize recruitment channels to recruit top talents;

Talent echelon and training system
  • Build a talent training echelon to meet the talent needs of the rapid development of European companies
  • Improve the company's business training system to support the rapid development of the company's business and the need for large-scale expansion;
  • Establish a sound training system to support employees' career growth based on the company's employee promotion system;
  • Improve and optimize the company's existing reserve management talent plan and provide customized growth plans until now;
  • Pay and performance management
  • Optimize the existing salary management system, improve existing salary distribution and management processes, and complete related work in a timely, efficient and high-quality manner;
  • Optimize the existing performance evaluation system and learn from the world's leading performance management best practices to ensure that top talent is fully motivated;

Cultural construction and organizational development
  • Continuously improve and optimize the company's team culture and create a good working atmosphere to fully realize the potential of human capital;
  • Continuously optimize the company's existing organizational structure and introduce leading organizational best practices to suit the company's development;
  • Establish and improve the company's existing personnel system, work systems and processes to improve team operational efficiency;
  • Speed ​​up the construction of human resources work informatization and establish data-based workflows and decision-making processes.

Core Duties: Administration
  • Comprehensive management of administrative related matters to ensure the company's efficient daily operations and good administrative cost management and control;
  • Optimize existing administrative teams, including but not limited to hiring administrative managers, administrative commissioners, etc .;
  • Other special projects related to administration.

Empirical knowledge
  • 8-10 years of human capital related management experience, familiar with Chinese human resources related laws and policies;
  • Familiar with human capital management related work content, and have experience in establishing human resources information systems;
  • Work experience in leading large companies and entrepreneurial and innovative companies, and experience in the Internet industry is preferred;
  • Have a good education background, overseas study experience is preferred;
  • Those who have practiced or performed the best global human capital management practices are preferred;
  • Experience in human science and data-driven organizational change is preferred.
