Chief Financial Officer (Linkdoc)

We are leading oncology real world big data company from China with the vision of care data and care life. We have developed proprietary machine learning and human language processing enabled mechanism to structure millions of clinical EMR into research grade data. We have collaborated with >600 departments from top >300 oncology centers in China. We are developing LinkDoc solutions from these precious real world big data to empower clinical doctors, healthcare industry and patients with better oncology care.

Responsibilities
  • Preside over the formulation of medium- and long-term financial strategic planning and organize implementation;
  • Responsible for the company's listing, standardize the company's financial rules in accordance with the listing rules, and improve the financial system;
  • Responsible for the company's domestic and foreign capital operations, participation in investment, selection of mergers and acquisitions projects, and cooperation of important investments.
  • Participate in reviewing strategic research and industry planning reports, reviewing capital market analysis reports;
  • Participate in the company's major investment and financing decisions. Responsible for equity financing such as group issuance and listing. Optimize capital structure and capital.

  • Responsible for the formulation and approval of financial review, comprehensive budget, tax raising, and risk monitoring;
  • Responsible for the construction and implementation of the company's financial management goals, financial system, and financial internal control system;
  • Track and analyze the company's operating financial indicators to provide effective reference for company decision-making;
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with government agencies, banks, industry and commerce, taxation, and third parties.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above, accounting, finance, human finance and economic management related majors;
  • More than 8 years of financial management work experience, 3 or more years of experience in the four major audits or listing consulting, at least 2 years. Work experience as CEO or financial officer, with more than 2 years of Party A financial management work experience, with operation of Hong Kong IPO0 experience is preferred;
  • Has a comprehensive financial knowledge system, proficient in finance, tax law policies, operational analysis, budget management, cost control And costing;
  • Rich multi-line financial management capabilities, proficient in financial models;
  • Has strong management ability, clear work ideas, good organization and coordination ability, can withstand certain tasks
  • Stress, and have strong learning ability and team organization skills;
  • CPA certificate;
  • The background of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
