To help us continue to develop, expand and successfully deliver our AI solutions to local markets, we're looking to hire Global KA and BD executives, who are not constrained by how “things are usually done.” You will be at the forefront of transformational technology and has experience assisting enterprise customers take advantage of a growing set of SenseTime’s technologies to deliver value added re-inventing solutions.

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of our largest and most strategically important business relationships. You will serve as the senior executive selling to the most strategic enterprises in international markets. You’ll help to build and deepen executive relationships with strategic customers, including clients’ Business & IT Organizations, to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions, by acting as a trusted advisor, articulating a clear vision, generating enthusiasm, adding value and bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution. You will also wield the innovative power of our products and solutions to make organizations more productive, effective and collaborative.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead detailed international strategic accounts strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working cross functionally with multiple business units including our partners - all to maximize business impact and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Sell at the most strategic level within key accounts and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Work with all appropriate Sensetime’s resources (Executives, Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Partners, Support, and delivery teams) to support customer interests.
  • Manage complex global account(s) with multiple opportunities across different functions with forecast and budgetary accuracy, serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.

Qualifications

  • A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred), management consulting background is a plus.
  • Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate across internally and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations, technology industry experience is preferred,
  • Experience in strategic account management at an enterprise selling environment.
  • Exhibited confidence in a board-room atmosphere while providing advice to senior management.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required. Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
