Chief of Staff Strategy Team (Xiaomi)

We create remarkable hardware, software, and internet services for and with the help of our Mi fans. We incorporate their feedback into our product range, which currently includes the Mi Note Pro, Mi Note, Mi 4, Redmi 2, Mi TV, Mi Band and other accessories. With more than 61 million handsets sold in 2014, and products launched in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia and Brazil, Xiaomi is expanding its footprint across the world to become a global brand.
Responsibilities
- Support the Country Chief of Staff to manage strategic projects
- Create cross departmental relationships to enable leadership success
- Be a part of the advisory board to provide recommendations to the country head
- Solve problems and resolves issues spread across various functions including but not limited to sales, marketing and operations
- As a part of the growing phase in Xiaomi, help plan the expansion and design strategies around key business initiatives
- Be ready to fill in as a project lead for various projects
Qualifications
- Tech enthusiast, self-starter, critical thinker, problem-solver, and passionate individual
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, data analysis and communication skills; Strong capabilities in excel modeling and powerpoint are plus points
- Bachelor or master degree (any discipline) from top tier and reputable university
- Candidate with proper consulting internship and / or 1-3 years working experience
- Native level English speaker and ideally speaks Bahasa Indonesian fluently, basic knowledge in Mandarin is a plus point
