Veterinary Technician

Position is 2 years from Start Date. More will be discussed on Supplier Call but manager provided the below so you are aware of what this candidate will be doing. This position is Non Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half. Occasional weekend work expected. 

Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization’s products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost and wastage targets, and quality standards. Performs agricultural and lab animal health and husbandry activities. Follow established procedures and guidelines for the humane care and use of animals in research and production. 

Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level. Vet Tech certification preferred. Must have experience working with animals.
