HCRS is looking for a mental health professional to fill a unique opportunity as a Program Care Coordinator, supporting young adults in a residential setting. Are you that person?

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Master’s degree in Social work, psychology, or counseling
- A VT License or eligibility to be rostered in VT
- 2 years of related work in the mental health field
- Experience working with youth in transition or young adults
- Trauma-informed and recovery oriented approach
