Brand Ambassador - Luxury Coffee Brand

PRODUCTIONS PLUS IS HIRING FOR SUMMER / FALL AMBASSADORS!

This job would be as a Brand Ambassador/Coffee Advisor representing a luxury brand of coffee machines in retail stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Williams-Sonoma, and Sur La Table. Your job responsibility is to demonstrate the machines to consumers, give samples, and educate customers on the coffee selections and benefits of these machines. This is a sales focused program and each region has a specific goal to sell during each shift.

• Demonstrating espresso machines while focusing on sales

• Sampling espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes to customers

• Educating customers on the brand – Coffee, Machines, and Club

• Merchandising the machines and display

• Cleaning up the machines at the end of your shift

• Send in daily results to agency and client website

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the year

• Shifts are 4 hours from 12-4pm or 11am-3pm

• Please let me know if you have weekday availability during the interview

• This program is year-round. We are looking for candidates with consistent weekend availability on most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or promotional experience is a must

• Friendly and energetic personality who loves talking with customers

• Passion for coffee

• Professional and reliable

• Weekend availability

• Must Complete Program Training with Regional Manager

Training: Paid hours

• You will be trained in person by a Regional Sales Manager

• We will schedule you for a “shadow” session prior to your first work day. This is where you will work with a veteran demonstrator for 4 hours to learn how they interact in the store and how to close sales

• Training is paid at $15/hour

Rate: $21 per hour plus sales commission (shifts are 4-6 hours)

• Training is paid at $15 per hour

• This program is as an employee of Productions Plus, paid under “Employee W4 Status” – you will fill out tax paperwork and taxes are automatically taken out of each paycheck. We pay twice a month, demos from the 1-15 of a month are paid on the 26th of the month. Demos from the 16-31 of a month are paid on the 10th of the next month. We pay through paper pay check or direct deposit (you will choose your method of pay during onboarding).

Wardrobe is a clean-cut, professional look. No visible tattoos or piercings, and natural hair colors required. All black business casual (black button down shirt, black dress pants or black skirt and tights, and an apron/name tag provided to you)
