Radio Show Production and Sales Internship

Living Full Out Inc. is looking for an intern to assist with the production and sales aspects of the “Living Full Out with Nancy Solari” radio show.

The company has offices in Huntington Beach, CA but the internship is structured so that the candidate is able to work remotely. If the candidate is local, they can contribute to the show in person in the studio.

Projects related to this internship may include:

·      Production, Assisting with the scheduling of sponsors during the show. The Living Full Out Radio Show is a call-in radio program, so we select sponsors that will have a direct positive impact to the challenges that the callers are dealing with.

·      You will learn how to speak to C-Level Executives at companies as well as how to negotiate a contract and be able to work creatively in assisting with packaging the right benefits for specific sponsors.

·      You will learn how to write show notes and schedule them for marketing purposes.

·      If in the studio, you will contribute to helping the producer with lighting and/or Cameras.

·      You will also contribute during the live show by doing social media outreach.

·      You will be involved with show prep in scheduling guests and content for the show.

Skills should include: Ability to work independently and with a team, effective organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, driven and goal oriented, excellent English verbal and written skills, leadership skills are a plus.

This internship will provide hands on experience and mentoring. The length of this internship is twenty weeks, and it is non-paid.
