Community Living Supervisor/Lead

We are looking for a Community Living Supervisor/Lead to lead our compassionate and dedicated teams by way of example, encouragement, and empowerment, and to help create a chain reaction of positivity for the people we serve. While some of the tasks involve the minutia of management (time sheets, schedules, evaluation, orientation, etc), most of the job will entail fostering an inclusive environment that allows everyone in it to thrive. This includes training, planning and promoting events, and supporting Hope Haven’s overall philosophy in new and achievable ways. Position hours are generally Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p, but can vary due to the needs of the individuals we serve. 20 hours each week will be direct care in site(s) of supervision, plus a total of 10 hours each month on weekends.  

To be a Community Living Supervisor/Lead, eligible candidates must have the following:

*BA or BS degree in Human Services and/or 4 years experience in Human Services, preferred

* Confident writing and verbal communication skills

* Strong organizational, documentation, and delegating skills

* Good judgment and problem-solving skills

* The ability to take and pass a medication administration course, as well as RA courses and orientation training

* Basic computer skills

* A valid Class C driver’s license (unless site requires Class D), reliable transportation, & proof of insurance.

* Ability to pass a health assessment, drug screening, & criminal background check
