An essential factor in expanding is providing the best training for our team members to take on leadership and management roles.

Job Duties Include:
- Promote community engagement events
- Maintain Social Media Management
- Assign territory to Sales Representative
- Coach and train team members
- Lead marketing meetings
- Consistently maintain sales goals

After having opened in August of 2019, we have successfully promoted more than 10 of our associates to leadership positions, we are looking to continue to grow into new markets taking on additional clients and progressively advancing our team members.
The opportunities presented within our national organization allow our company to manage 3 direct marketing campaign types.
Business to Business and Retail campaigns run on normal business hours.
Residential campaigns have office hours of 11 am-1 pm and conduct fieldwork approximately 2 pm- 8 pm.
