Ascend Teaching Innovation (ATI) Fellowship

What is the Ascend Teaching Innovation (ATI) Fellowship?
Our team is looking for exceptional individuals to join our tight-knit fellowship cohort -- recent college and masters-level graduates who are interested in working in a non-profit “start-up” environment in which you can innovate and think outside the box about how to serve our highest-need students.
This two-year fellowship is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and begins in August 2020. Participating fellows serve as Learning Coaches, working one-on-one with students in grades 3-5 at a low-performing public school in Cincinnati. Together, students and Learning Coaches work together on individualized, “low-floor, high-ceiling” math tasks that foster a growth mindset and support social-emotional development. ATI Fellows receive daily coaching, training, and support from a team of expert, veteran teachers.
