Research Engineer/Intern in Machine/Deep Learning with Software Development Experience
Intelligent Fusion Technologies Inc. is currently seeking a summer intern with experience of software system integration with background in machine learning and video and image processing with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to document their research findings.
Responsibilities:
· System prototyping and integration.
· Interact with and support research teams with machine learning and image processing expertise.
· Support program management and business development efforts by writing
reports/papers, contributing to proposals, presenting to customers, etc..
Qualifications:
- PhD degree/candidate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge in machine learning and computer vision.
- Quick system prototyping ability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills as well as ability to work both independently and as a team.
Skills and experience in most of the following areas would be a plus:
- At least one year experience in GUI design with Python based backend engines.
- Experience in image/video processing.
- Experience in machine/deep learning.
- Strong GUI and Python programming experience with software system design and integration.
