Program Coach-Show Me Healthy Relationships (SMHR)

Position: Show Me Health Relationships Program Coach
Pay Grade: 4
Salary: $15.00 - $21.93 per hour
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Show Me Healthy Relationships Education Program, SMHR, is a joint partnership with the University of Missouri – Columbia and Cornerstones of Care. A Program Coach provides a case management role in the SMHR Program. The Program Coach will engage all participants including single individuals, couples, and families in a Personalized Action Plan designed to improve healthy relationship and marriage skills, improve parenting and co-parenting skills, improve personal well-being, and assist families with making progress toward greater economic stability (skill attainment and employment). This position will report to the Program Manager. Serves Jackson, Clay, Platte, Cass, Johnson counties.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Family Studies, or other similar degrees. The preferred candidate will have a Master’s degree. One (1) to three (3) years of case management experience preferred. Must be able to maintain a flexible working schedule as needed, including weekend and/or evening hours. Must be available to travel in five country service area. Must pass a background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
