Human Resources Intern

Job Description:
We are looking to add students who can provide human resources support for our growing startup. The primary role of the Human Resources Intern is to assist in all areas of the HR department, from recruiting and onboarding interns to measuring employee satisfaction. A successful candidate effectively manages their time, is hardworking, flexible, and communicative.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment
  • Creating job postings
  • Onboarding new interns
  • Helping team leads effectively manage their team
  • Measuring employee engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications: 
  • Knowledge on and ability to help with recruiting, onboarding, employee satisfaction, policies, and procedures
  • Business, human resources, entrepreneurs, marketing, communications majors
  • Start working immediately
  • Can work as a volunteer or for class credit 
  • Flexible, part-time hours from your location or at CIE Hothouse
