Human Resources Intern
Job Description:

The primary role of the Human Resources Intern is to assist in all areas of the HR department, from recruiting and onboarding interns to measuring employee satisfaction. A successful candidate effectively manages their time, is hardworking, flexible, and communicative.

- Creating job postings
- Onboarding new interns
- Helping team leads effectively manage their team
- Measuring employee engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Knowledge on and ability to help with recruiting, onboarding, employee satisfaction, policies, and procedures
- Business, human resources, entrepreneurs, marketing, communications majors
- Start working immediately
- Can work as a volunteer or for class credit
- Flexible, part-time hours from your location or at CIE Hothouse
