Sales Coordinator
A growing company in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Sales Coordinator to add to their team on a temporary-to-hire basis! The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer database, moving projects along in the process, and handling customer communication. Other duties include:
- Day-to-day communication with architects, designers and contractors
- Promote and generate sales activities; move projects from prospective projects to customers
- Provide estimates and specifications to customers
- Work extensively in company database and Microsoft Office Suite programs
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
Pay: $15-18/hour
Temporary-to-hire
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or associates degree with 2 years of related experience
- Architectural sales experience is a plus
- 2+ years in business to business experience with a high degree of customer interaction
- Self-starter who is focused, detail oriented and well organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
