Account Executive

American Select Partners is a Health Insurance company based in the Dallas, Texas area. We are looking to expand and grow by bringing on hungry individuals ready to make an immediate impact. The Account Executive works to grow new sales revenue by identifying customer needs, working with all available opportunities, demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining client relationships for new and current accounts, as well as growing a book of business annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls to assist with enrollment, renewal, and service client accounts
  • Learn product features along with marketing and sales techniques necessary to perform duties and achieve company goals
  • Assess client needs and goals, and recommend appropriate products
  • Following internal process and procedures to ensure that transactions are handled in accordance with company and agency policies, practices, and guidelines
  • Meet production goals as established
  • Participate in extensive product training to learn policy terms and underwriting guidelines
  • Responsible for building and maintain strong client relationships
  • Remain responsible for continuing education
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • 0-1 year of related work experience, post-graduation
  • Desire to work in sales and the health industry
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a "get the job done" attitude
  • Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience
  • Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
