HR Intern (Training & Communication)
Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Training
- Support all works related to training activities: Collect training registration form; Training courses follow-up; Support Training record management; Support Training System maintenance (OJT - Online Job Training)
- Other tasks assigned by Senior HR Specialist (not limited to HR Training work but also HR Admin work related to Company activities to create a favorable employee-employer relationship)
2. Admin & Communication
- Support on monthly report information collection assigned by HRM
- Support all works related to company activities
- Support HR Admin works, like Business Car booking, name cards buying etc.
- Office stationery booking in system every two months
- Support the other HR projects implement if needs.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualification Experience/Education requirement:
- Internship period: 6 months to 12 months
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or English/French etc.,
- Experience: NA but should be interested in HR and the factory working environment.
- Language: Good communication skills in English and Chinese, French is a plus
- Technical Skill: Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; HR related knowledge
- Soft Skill: Communication, initiative, team spirit
