Investment Banking Summer Analyst
Craig-Hallum Capital Group is a Minneapolis-based, full service investment bank focused on serving emerging growth corporations and the institutional investor community. Founded in 1997, the firm provides investment banking, research, sales & trading to a number of public and private companies in the alternative energy, business services, consumer, healthcare and technology sectors. The firm is privately held and owned by its partners and employees. Currently, the firm is seeking to add an investment banking summer analyst in its Minneapolis office to assist senior and junior bankers with public and private equity offerings and mergers & acquisitions. Analyst qualifications:
(i) Strong finance and accounting background
(ii) Strong financial modeling skills
(iii) Academic distinction
(iv) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
(v) Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Analyst responsibilities:
(i) Financial modeling for new deal activity as well as special projects
(ii) Assist in preparation of marketing materials and transaction documents
(iii) Coordination of deal process
(iv) Conducting research on companies and industries
(v) Miscellaneous projects
