Salary Range: $63,180.00 To $63,180.00 (USD) Annually

Overview: The CDC Foundation is seeking to fill the Electronic Laboratory Reporting Lead in Concord, NH.

Responsibilities
•The Systems Management Analyst will serve as the Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) Lead and will assume responsibility for working with DHHS, DoIT, hospital IT staff, and other stakeholders to perform the project management and technical tasks associated with onboarding labs for ELR.
•The tasks to be performed by this position include liaison duties between program staff and technical staff including detailed technical expertise in the area of local code to standard code mapping for laboratory local codes sets from Public Health Laboratories, hospitals as well as commercial laboratories, HL7 message evaluation and formatting from laboratories, business requirements gathering for improved ELR processes and electronic data exchange with CDC, development of ELR process flows and existing technical process evaluation, ELR technical document creation and review for improved Health Information Systems Capacity.

Qualifications
• Experience with electronic health records, HL7 messaging, informatics, data integration, data analytics, or surveillance software systems.
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with division heads, employees, other agencies and the general public.
