Onboarding and Licensing Associate - Temporary Role

Role Value Proposition:
The Onboarding and Licensing Associate will partner with leaders in the Company’s Onboarding and Licensing organization to support day-to-day functions related to onboarding third-party brokers, preparing them to sell Brighthouse products, and maintaining insurance credentials and training. The Onboarding and Licensing team is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring exceptional multi-tasking skills to navigate through the many elements involved with the constantly changing state laws and securities regulations related to licensing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the daily operations and projects related to these functions and will work with professionals in various departments across the Brighthouse organization.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily Licensing and Registration processing activities
• Creating profiles in the licensing system for new financial professionals
• Maintaining training completion records in the licensing system
• Receiving and sharing reports with business partners


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion
• Strong business analytical abilities, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to handle substantial workload effectively (i.e., establish priorities, adhere to deadlines)
• Available to work in Brighthouse Financial’s Charlotte, NC office when our office re-opens
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week
