Junior Property Tax Analyst / Paralegal

Small and friendly real estate tax law firm looking for a full-time junior tax analyst. Primary responsibilities include evaluating and appealing property values, document management, marketing research and other projects. Candidate must be organized, motivated, work well with others, have a strong work ethic, able to communicate with clients and have a professional demeanor.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

·      Research and marketing

·      Evaluating and appealing property values

·      Preparing forms and other paperwork for appeals

·      Filing cases at the county and Daley Center

·      Opening new files

·      Client correspondence 

·      Bachelor’s degree

·      1-2 Years of work experience

Salary commensurate with experience.
