As a supported* part- or full-time global workforce planning consultant your contributions will increase effectiveness and move Bible translation work forward around the world. You’ll make an impact when you…
- Establish and maintain relationships between relevant departments and staff.
- Collect and analyze information to contribute to recruiting, training, job matching and staff care.
- Identify new opportunities and work with leaders to reach recruiting and staffing goals.
- Represent the team at meetings and provide expert information regarding staffing needs.
- Collaborate with others to implement workforce planning strategies into HR processes.
This job might be for you if…
- You have a bachelor’s degree or above plus three to five years of HR experience, or the equivalent of education, training and experience.
- You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have in-depth knowledge of our values, vision, mission and HR practices.
- You have a gift for getting to know people and leading discussions.
- You are collaborative and eager to work in a cross cultural environment.
- Your schedule is flexible for attending virtual meetings outside of regular work hours.
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally for one to three weeks several times a year.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- You have previous experience in project management, business analysis or training management.

ABOUT SUPPORTED POSITIONS
Wycliffe Bible Translators is a faith-based organization, and as supported staff (missionary) you will receive a non-traditional salary (including benefits and ministry expenses) through the faithful giving of your personal partnership team. We provide extensive training and resources as you build your financial and prayer partnership team.
Non-traditional salaries are needs-based determined by factors of housing and personal expenses based on geographic location, including dependents and their ages, retirement savings, ministry expenses and taxes. Although salaries vary significantly and it’s not possible to provide an exact number for this position, a typical non-traditional salary for a missionary household is $42,600 to $80,982 annually. These salaries do not include your partnership-raised funds for health insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, or Wycliffe assessment.
