Altius Dental is seeking compassionate and motivated general dentists to join their team in Texas! Altius Dental focuses on providing quality dentistry to under served populations in semi-rural and semi-urban areas all over Texas. Our dentists enjoy little competition in these areas and the opportunity to practice a wide scope of general dentistry with pediatric and adult patients. We pride ourselves on a compensation structure that enables our dentists to reach their financial goals and offers a high earning potential. Our dentists are paid on a percentage of their production with a minimum base guarantee. Our dentist pay ranges from $180K-$400K averaging $288K per year.
Requirements: Comfortable treating adult and pediatric patients. Willing to perform same day treatment and work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to do surgical extractions and endo. Ability to get along well with others and be a team player. Willing to commute or relocate to semi-rural area.
