What is Build the Future?
Build the Future is Prysmian Group’s Global Leadership Development Program.
This unique job opportunity provides an immersive experience in our company. Designed to train future leaders, our Leadership Development Program will show you the ins and outs of Prysmian Group culture. You will receive hands-on experience with business leaders and learn what it’s really like to work for a global company.
The Program begins with a two-week Global Induction with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Group Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School. Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation where you will gain experience working in Research and Development, Operations, and Commercial. Throughout your career with Prysmian, you will engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop critical leadership skills.
In addition, at the beginning of your journey, you will be connected with a mentor who will help guide and challenge you throughout the program.
After the first year of rotations you start your international job assignment for a duration of three years. The international assignment is a great experience to learn new ways of working, acquire new knowledge, meet new colleagues and embrace a new culture. At the end of your assignment, you will return to the country you’ve been hired in and you will be ready to take on new responsibilities and continue your career in Prysmian Group.
Who are you?
· You are keen on joining a career in our industry and are ready to embrace new challenges.
· You have graduated in the last 18 months or you are completing a degree in the Engineering, Technical or Business and Economics fields.
· We are a global company. Being fluent in written and spoken English is key.
· You are eager to have an international experience with Prysmian Group.
· We have global teams and are present in 50+ countries. Having excellent communication and presentation skills and a desire to meet new people is key.
· You have a passion for diversity and challenge yourself to grow beyond your comfort zone.
What you’ll do:
· Use data driven analytical and critical thinking capabilities to solve problems and make recommendations to positively impact the business.
· Deliver dynamic presentations to colleagues at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence others and willingness to take calculated risks.
· Organize multiple projects while balancing a strong attention to detail with a broad big picture understanding.
