2021 NextEra Energy Inc. Summer College Intern - General

At what other company can you contribute to capturing energy from the sun and wind, and storing it? Or work more than 250 feet in the air, develop virtual reality training, volunteer in the community and interact with top executives? At NextEra Energy, being an intern means more than getting involved in the day-to-day business. You'll get exposure to real projects and challenges in an innovative and diverse environment while you gain professional experience. You will be provided mentoring and feedback, training and summer events to give you exposure to other interns and employees beyond your core work area.

NextEra Energy is looking for a select group of interns to join the company, learn about what we do and how we do it, and contribute to our amazing team. Our team is as diverse in thought, perspective and culture as the customers we serve. Our goal is to develop new talent and identify candidates for a right ‘fit’ for future full-time employment. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, interns may have the opportunity to become NextEra Energy employees.
