Sales - P&G Professional Field Administrator

Sales Administrators are vital to the success of our business at P&G. From Day 1, you will be accountable for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes; as well as, being accountable for results. Your responsibilities will include efficient; quality day-to-day administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department.
 
Examples of your day to day tasks could include complex calendar management and triage, e-mail monitoring, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, domestic & international travel arrangements, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings.
 
Primary responsibilities include:
 
    * Managing external contract, pricing and SKU modifications including direct communication with Distributor partners and Sales.
    * External Customer & Field Sales deviated contract administrative responsibilities, to include, customer interface for SKU requests, UPC Code changes, Bracket Pricing/cost calculators, SKU substitutions, PLOG requests.
    * Support of GCPOR analysis for Lodging/PMC, large sale support/I-studio material/procedures, Aero building/kitting, managing standard business reporting as needed.
 
 

We believe you will be an excellent fit here if, you have the required skills/experience:
    * Technical Skills such as Salesbook, Aero, InfoPage, Salesforce, Sharepoint, PDF/Office tools. Also requires a willingness to learn unique tools to enable End user sales.
    * Strong communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written.
    * Demonstrated capability in organizational skills - both for self and in helping others keep organized. Attention-to-detail is important.
    * Agility and flexibility to flow to the work and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
