What are we looking for?
We’re searching for a skilled and self-motivated Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing company!
A successful candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of projects and operational support to the Corporate Legal Department. Areas of focus may include employment/human resources, compliance, corporate governance, contracts, and information security/privacy. Daily tasks may include assisting with legal research, policy drafting, corporate filings, contract management, document management, and employee relations. This is entry-level and training will be provided.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Recent Law Graduate from an accredited institution
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Adaptable, eager to learn
- Able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
