Lead Generator - Corporate Development Representative

In addition to base salary and benefits, the corporate development representative position has a very generous commission program that rewards performance with monthly commissions. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to get started in your sales career and become one of the many employees who have grown into account managers, Advisors, and Sales Managers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work hard while having fun in a collaborative environment
  • Work with existing marketing campaigns to generate opportunities and discover new ones.
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities through relationship building.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage your accounts, prospecting activities, sales objectives and achieve results.
  • Utilize creativity and multiple products to establishing rapport with potential customers
  • Produce custom product quotes for customers based on their events.
  • Perform administrative/miscellaneous office duties necessary for the efficiency of the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all types of decision makers
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience using open-ended questions in a sales environment.
  • Strong computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, fun environment.
