Product Managers at Intuit take groundbreaking products from idea to reality. Product managers prioritize customer needs, lead agile development, and deliver awesome products and experiences to improve the lives of our customers. Intuit’s Product Management internship program is a selective program that prepares innovative thinkers and team players to be the future product management leaders of Silicon Valley. PM interns at Intuit work on high impact and high visibility assignments that are challenging and rewarding. The program gives them coaching and mentorship from senior leaders and experienced product managers while they bring their ideas and recommendations to life and change the trajectory of our business.

Note: This specific PM internship leads directly into Intuit’s Rotational Product Management program. Interns that meet and exceed expectations during the summer at intuit will receive return offers for the RPM program!

Responsibilities typically include:
·      Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and customer care to create new products and features
·      Become an expert on the customer by understanding both qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy for the customer’s problem
·      Learn from and partner with Senior and C-Level leaders throughout the summer
·      Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, lead product planning, and create the product roadmap
·      Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in an agile environment

Qualifications
·      Must be enrolled in a degree seeking program during the internship and graduating no earlier than December 2021
·      Demonstrated interest and passion in designing or building tech products
·      Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas.
·      Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships.
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
·      Entrepreneurial drive and the drive to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment
