Multimedia Journalist - Northeast Nebraska

KTIV, the dominate NBC affiliate and Emmy honored station in Sioux City, Iowa, is looking for an ambitious, talented Multimedia Journalist to produce news content for our award-winning television station, website, and social platforms.

We are launching a new bureau in Northeast Nebraska. This opportunity is for a real motivated self-starting journalist. In this position you will work independently and cover all aspects of news from current events, locally and nationally, to breaking news, sports, politics, and features. This position will turn daily content and live shots. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable in daily live ad-lib situations as they are with a script.

Because this is a bureau position, the ability to work independently is key. This successful candidate will be able to research and deliver stories that are original, compelling, creative and go beyond service storytelling.
