This role is part of our Elevate professional development program! As a Business Systems Analyst for the OMNI Channels team, you will work as part of the larger team to help in the elicitation, analysis and creation of epics, features, and user stories that support the digital customers and colleagues, while helping to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, MIS, or equivalent
- An understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC, Agile/Scrum)
- Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication; can communicate and present requirements and issues clearly and concisely
- Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with all business and IT areas
Responsibilities:
- Provide system support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s)
- Research and analyze production support issues
- Elicit and analyze business needs and translate / document information into scope deliverables
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories
- Facilitate meetings for assigned projects
- Participate in review meetings for epics, features, and user stories, technical design and test strategy deliverables
- Develop and update documentation to support new changes to procedures
- Work with team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners
- Act as a liaison between business units and development team
- Participate in production release activities as needed
- Participates with team to establish target dates and complete activities/deliverables under changing conditions
- Comply with company standards of the project lifecycle, and adhere to standards for scope and requirements
