Service Desk Specialist

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
*Perform problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps
*Identify, analyze, and monitor inquiries or requests to ensure complete resolution
*Maintain accountability for the accomplishments of the team and organizational goals
*Keep informed on new products, product enhancements, system changes, and compliance issues
*Set up new clients and users on basic systems
*Communicate information to clients regarding escalated issues

<b>Requirements:</b>
*2-5 years of service desk experience
*Strong understanding of MS Office Products
*Knowledge of databases and VMware environments
*Microsoft server and Active Directory technologies expertise
*Excellent customer service skills is a must
*Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
