Director of Risk Management
Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Director for Risk Management to advance sound risk management strategies and practices in crucial functional areas including business insurance, food and occupational safety that may impact the business and Culver’s brand. This position is based at Culver’s support center in Prairie du Sac, WI.
If you are someone who
- has a high level of attention to detail
- enjoys collaborating with a variety of individuals, groups and departments
- has a natural curiosity to look for opportunities and the drive to find the solutions while being open to the changes that come along
- can focus on a wide range of projects and keep them moving forward
- has a solid knowledge base of risk management and workplace safety
- is adept at navigating through safety and risk issues as they relate to the team, brand and franchisees
- understands the balance of risk and business needs
- has a level of comfort with presenting to various groups and committees
- graduated from a College or University with a 4 year degree in a risk management related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- is highly organized
- is experienced in directly supporting and leading others
- has had previous experience in a restaurant or franchisor environment (preferred but not required)
