Junior Associate, Data Science and Analytics
As a Data Science and Analytics Junior Associate you’ll leverage your curious mind and data analytics skills to understand how customers and users are interacting with digital experiences. Exploring approaches to enhance the customer experience, you will drive incremental revenue and maximize cost efficiencies.
Your Impact:
- Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of financial, transactional, marketing and customer data
- Perform hands-on statistical analysis of large volumes of web analytics, transaction and customer data
- Understand the business context, ask the right questions and articulate the project scope
- Build performance marketing solutions and actionable visualizations
- Turn data into insights and actions
- Put theory into practice by writing code, building visualizations, and fine-tuning existing algorithms
Your Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with one or more:
- Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- A/B & multivariate experimentation tools
- SQL, Excel, R, Python, SAS,
- Creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
- Experience with complex data structures including cleansing, manipulating, and transforming data
- Ability to understand client business, digital marketing initiatives, and customer experience goals while working toward insights and recommendations that will help Publicis Sapient deliver solutions to meet them
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Internship or cooperative education experience in your field of study
- Proven leadership experience and capability, as demonstrated through organizations outside of your core university curriculum
- Active involvement in thought leadership and data and analytics competitions is a big plus
- A curious mind and a passion for creating and constantly improving
- Detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills’

Your Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business and Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or other areas where analytics and business are applied.
