The Artisan Rotational Training (ART) program is a rotational training program created to build our future leaders. After two years of broad firm exposure and industry training, ART Associates will be considered for a variety of long-term career opportunities within the Sales and Marketing functions of a growing global investment management firm.

The program provides on-the-job training with our Sales and Marketing teams through three distinct rotations, allowing ART Associates to explore their interests and strengths and paving the way for opportunities in one of the following key areas:

Intellectual curiosity and continued learning unlock opportunity! From live training classes to access to leading industry software and publications, the learning opportunities are endless at a firm invested in associate development. ART Associates attend industry conferences, obtain certifications and licensure and receive personal development plans to propel their careers beyond the two-year rotational program. ART Associates are supported by the firm’s individualized mentoring, peer networking groups and community engagement programming.
