Marketing Intern / Campus Ambassador

We are hiring an Campus Ambassador to join our start-up team to help shape the go-to-market of our software MVP and plan for our next steps. We are accepting applications through SEPTEMBER 30th with a start date in mid-October for this role which will run through May/June 2021.
Archer Career is launching our first product in the September 2020 - the Campus Ambassador will have a hands-on experience with the MVP go-to-market. The role is paid and open to all degree-seeking students (no work authorization restrictions). The characteristics you have should include:
- Current enrollment as a degree-seeking student: Undergraduate, MBA, other masters, PhD
- High energy, a desire to do great work that will impact/serve others, to think in different ways without letting the obstacles get in your way, and to take on learning new things quickly.
- A strong, demonstrated interest in careers and professional development.
- A strong, demonstrated interest in technology and its application to our business.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other software applications including Squarespace/Wordpress and project management software (we use Basecamp)
- Highly valued - Experience with events marketing, social media, networking, sales, leadership roles, influencing peers, teaching/training, and analytics.
- Strong and proactive communication skills, you won’t sit back, you will ask questions, share ideas, seek out clarity, update/inform the team - and do so both directly (by phone) and in writing (email or other).
- You have high confusion tolerance and can work successfully in an environment of high ambiguity, with limited direction or by seeking out the direction you need.
- Interest in working with a small team to contribute to our success, sharing and learning together, celebrating our success(es) and discussing our lessons learned.
