Program Supervisor - Harmony House

Duties
The Program Supervisor will oversee Harmony House, a 24-hour site for individuals with disabilities, and is responsible for the delivery of services and supervision of Direct Support Professionals and Shift Leads. The role is responsible for:
           - Developing and maintaining staff schedules
           - Acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members working with individuals at Harmony House 
           - Working directly with individuals to provide support, assistance, and instruction to help improve personal growth and
independence
           - Will be part of On-call rotation

Qualifications
Required: High School Diploma or GED and six years of experience in human services, education or human services related field with 2 years being in a leadership position.
OR Associates Degree in a human services related field and four years of experience; 2 in a leadership role
OR Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and two years of experience
Preferred: Master's and 1 year of experience
CMA, CAN, LPN or RN credentials and/or experience preferred. Candidates must obtain CMA certification within six months of hire.
This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
