Customer Service Representative

Sunwire is a marketing firm in the Chicago area servicing our clients through in-person interaction with customers to add a personal touch to our client's brands. We are expanding and have recently taken on a new client, and we are in need of entry level customer service representatives to help us support our clients on these growing campaigns.

Description:
The customer service sales rep will be expected to manage sales and customer service while interacting with customers face-to-face, branding of our clients, and overall representation of our clients and their products and services. The customer service sales rep will also be responsible for attendance to training meetings, and reporting sales production to the management team. There are many growth opportunities available for this position.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 year degree in a business related field (marketing, business administration, management, etc) preferred
  • 0-3 years sales or marketing experience a bonus
  • Relevant work experience (hospitality, customer service, etc) a bonus
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (work, school, sports, clubs, etc) preferred
