Solutions Analyst, Client Services
Overview

Responsibilities
- Support the Client Services team by developing customized solutions for client analysis and presentation materials, standard reporting requirements, and ad-hoc analysis related to finance and high-level business data needs
- Work at the intersection of finance and technology by leveraging various tools to enhance and optimize client servicing needs and data requests
- Gain knowledge of the financial markets and the investment management process through formal and informal training including working with senior members of the Client Services team
- Perform ad hoc analysis or develop rapid response solutions to problems or processes for a large, cross-functional working team
- Work with various groups in other departments (including IT and Enterprise Data) to deliver support and long-term initiatives to the Client Services group
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and preferred in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills (math or finance preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investments
- Demonstrated interest in learning techniques and technologies such as statistical analysis (Excel, VB, R, Python), data management (SQL), and reporting (SSRS, Tableau)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and within a team setting
- Achieved or willing to work toward a professional designation (e.g., CFA) or an advanced degree
- More than 1 years’ experience of at least one or more of the following development skills preferred:
- SQL (T-SQL)
- Advanced Excel/VBA
- Tableau reporting/dashboards
- Experience with the FactSet/Vermilion Report Suite a plus
