Our operations team is a key part of our business that ensures that everything is set in place to guarantee the successful delivery of all projects by providing the technology tools that all team members use on a day to day basis.
Our Strategic Business Consultants work across the NetSuite service delivery lifecycle to design, build, test, and implement multiple system components. Professionals in this role will be challenged to leverage the knowledge of application development, business and accounting, and streamlined operations to technically build custom solutions for our clients.

Strategic Business Consultant – Operations
Who are we looking for?

- Someone who has a go getter attitude and is eager to learn, and solve problems as this opportunity gives you exposure to many areas of the business, similar to a rotational program. This opportunity gives you the ability to gain experience working in departments of interest as well.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with many teams and support business development initiatives
- Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly (C level)
- Manage the staffing of projects based on skills, size of project, and team dynamic
- Analyze various data to identify trends in key processes and propose improvement opportunities
- Standardize diverse tasks to ensure expected quality, performance, and efficiency are achieved
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines across several different teams ensuring you are meeting all project timelines
- Exposure and support in the full Accounts Payable and Receivables cycle of appficiency including invoicing, billing, and client / vendor management
- exposure in vendor and building management
- Support the HR Team in talent acquisition and management
- Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in IT, software, or specific business models such as distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, media & advertising, or finance.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications.
- Troubleshooting video conference issues, system errors, fix and update software on video conference systems.
Travel
- Willingness and desire to travel. Usual travel can be up to 25% of the total time but can be higher on certain projects. Travel not recommended this year due to pandemic until further notice.
