Position Summary
The Solutions Architecture Analyst is responsible for building and supporting internal processes, systems, and technology. He/She will leverage an already developed analytical skillset that includes proficiency in one or more programming languages (R/Python, SQL, etc.)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of internal processes, systems, and technology
  • Build data models, process automations, and visualizations across platforms
  • Use data and best practice insights to help achieve business objectives
  • Accountable for the timely and successful completion of client deliverables

A successful Solutions Architecture Analyst is:

  • Able to balance multiple priorities to achieve objectives in a challenging and dynamic business environment
  • Highly collaborative and works proactively to provide internal support

Job Requirements
  • This position is an entry-level internship
  • Experience in Contact Center agent workflow/routing is desired
  • Bachelor's degree in-progress / completed is required
  • Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Developed analytical and operational management skills; proficiency with trending, time-series analysis, and regression analysis
