General Responsibility:

Primarily responsible for ensuring that curriculum development meets high standards and that the delivery method is effective.

Working closely with administrator to improve and modify curriculum to stay up-to-date on new research-based methods.

Being an advocate for change and helping teachers to become more effective educators.
 
Candidates must have teaching credentials, credible witness of Christian faith and life, and understanding of how biblical faith integrates with the K-12 educational enterprise. Compensation is competitive, including salary (IDR), Indonesian taxes, travel costs, housing, monthly stipend, tuition remission for school-age children, and possible employment opportunities for spouses.

IB/Cambridge Experience: preferred but not necessary
