Loan Processor

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor for a temp to hire opportunity for our client in the Des Moines area. Please see additional information below.

Compensation & Benefits: 
• $14-$20 per hour dependent on experience
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available 
• Free breakfast and lunch when onsite

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review loan documents, and note / correct errors
• Send document images to proper processing team in the production line
• Collaborate with team on dividing the workload
• Utilize various software dependent on the specific task 
• Perform special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Processing / office experience (1-2 years, preferable)
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic data entry skills
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task
• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Encouraging, team-oriented attitude
