Executive Search Internship for Spring/Summer
About this Job:
Esurgi is looking for a motivated and self-driven Executive Search Intern from January 2021 to July 2021. The incumbent will be responsible for finding advisors and consultants for an early stage company. This role is ideal for those who want to sure up their executive interaction, sourcing or VCs experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with successful founders, key opinion leaders, healthcare industry thought leaders, and angel investors.
- Aggressively perform outreach, most notably cold-outreach (email, LinkedIn, Google or even industry and role-specific boards, and social media).
- Develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Seeking or has a bachelor’s in a business or related field, prefer those who are working or completed on advanced degrees;
- Ability to read and interact with people successfully, and resilient personality and self-motivated.
Preferred Requirements:
- Pursuing a masters degree
- Experience in business and/or recruitment
- Experience in consulting or investment (VC) companies preferred.

About our Internships: An archetypical internship at Esurgi is essentially a special project in the work setting. The interns will be assigned a mentor with an executive background. The intern will be assigned objectives, and assigned realistic interdisciplinary projects within the Esurgi sphere. The intern and mentor will meet regularly to review the progress and plan of the intern.
