Systems Analyst Intern - Global Supply Chain

Intern Within the Global Supply Chain Strategic Planning Team in Tinley Park, IL  
The Global Supply Chain Strategic Planning department helps the Global Supply Chain Organization manage activities to: 

  • Set priorities 
  • Focus resources 
  • Strengthen operations 
  • Align all colleagues around common goals 
  • Establish agreement around intended outcomes and results 
  • Assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment 
 
GSC IT or Operational Projects: 

  • Analysis of business issues for system, data, and user requirements 
  • Design Data Models, Dictionaries, and Maps 
  • Agile and waterfall project team activities and models 
  • Write technical documentation to meet requirements 

Preferred Major

  • Business Management/Business Administration 
  • Supply Chain  
  • Computer Science or Related Majors  

Preferred Skills / Academic Exposure:   

  • Oral & Written Communication Skills 
  • Reporting & Presenting Information Skills 
  • Business & Systems Analysis Skills.  
  • Applicant should have experience with technical writing.  
  • Applicants should have UX knowledge and skills.  
  • Applicants should have general software data knowledge & skills.  
  • Applicants should have experience with Microsoft Excel. 
  • Applicants should have the ability to work independently. 
  • Applicants should have the ability to multitask, problem solve, prioritize, and exercise critical thinking skills. 
  • Applicants should be outgoing, with a confident personality and the ability to establish a rapport.
