Cash Product Office Finance

GROUP/DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The finance team leads the annual Cash budget guidance process, collaborating with the Districts to set and monitor key performance metrics. We coordinate the budget development, financial monitoring, and capital and month-end accounting and administration activities for the CPO's Nationally Provided Support Service (NPSS). We provide program and project financial management for CPO High Priority Objective’s and FedCash Application development efforts; and financial analysis to aid strategic decision making.
The Cash Product Office (CPO) is responsible for the strategic direction and national support for Federal Reserve Cash Services (FedCash® Services). The CPO provides operational guidance and technology strategies for U.S. currency and coin supplied to depository institutions by the twelve Federal Reserve Banks. POSITION/PROJECT OVERVIEW
The finance team is preparing for the 2021 implementation of a new Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System. You will work with our team of financial analysts on parallel projects aimed at identifying and implementing efficiencies and best practices in financial management made possible by this platform transformation, and redesign/augment our reporting to better leverage enhanced data capabilities.   
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process Improvement and Lean/Six Sigma project management responsibilities, including:
  • Current and Future State Mapping
  • Voice of the Customer (VOC), and Critical to Quality (CTQ) facilitations
  • Improvement identification and recommendation
  • Financial reporting and analysis, including:           
  • Variance Analysis
  • Financial Forecasting
  • Stakeholder presentations
