Workday Integrations Consultant

Candidate must be able to start on 11/23 and attending Workday Training on 11/23, 11/24, 11/25, 11/30 - 12/17.

TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Workday Integrations Consultant I who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology background
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Prior consulting or client/customer interfacing experience
- Knowledge or previous experience with SaaS architectures
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Adaptability and/or ability to manage change
- Experience in data management/manipulation
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Coding experience a plus
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Collaborate with customers, vendors and our internal functional teams to define requirements for integrations between the Workday product and other 3rd party systems
- Build and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party systems
- Develop system test scenarios and provide support through end to end tests to ensure compliance to all client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and project deadlines.
- Provide post production support to client for configuration fixes and updates.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and 3rd party vendors.
- Support the integration team in developing technical and internal documentation as part of a quickly growing team.
- Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
