About Michael Moody/Michael Moody Fitness
Michael Moody has dedicated the last 20 years to the study of behavior modification at the individual and social levels. As a whole food plant-based personal trainer, he has guided clients in their life transitions towards optimal health while helping them reduce their emissions footprint through mindful eating/movement and less dependence on the healthcare system. Michael has completed over 18,000 hours of one-on-one sessions and has been featured on NBC, WGN Radio, and PBS. While he has served as a motivational speaker in the health and fitness sector, he also officiated nearly 250 weddings in front of 2-400 guests during this same period of time.

Responding to the needs of his clients, Michael published his book "Redefine Yourself" in 2015. It's a simple guide that helps readers identify and understand the underlying influences on their personal and professional lives and how to appropriately adapt the cycle of "Awareness, Acceptance, and Adaptation" in any setting or circumstance.

Seeing the need to expand the focus beyond the individual, Michael also created the Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship for students in the health sciences sector and founded the Racine Triangle Association to propel community involvement, diminish crime by 90%, and promote environmental responsibility.

Beyond the local level, Michael hosts and produces the podcast, "The Elements of Being," in Denver. Topics include psychological concepts, social issues, the environment, and nutrition. In the fall of 2020, the podcast reached listenership in 101 countries and will extend its reach in the upcoming 3rd season (found on all podcast platforms).
